At happihounds, we aim to deliver your pet’s essentials quickly, securely, and with complete transparency.

This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping regions.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • 🇮🇪 Republic of Ireland

  • 🇬🇧 Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales)

We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland or other international destinations unless stated otherwise.


2. Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) before dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated transit times are:

Ireland: 3–7 business days
Great Britain: 5–9 business days

Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit):

  • Ireland: 4–9 business days

  • Great Britain: 6–11 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, peak periods, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

All shipping fees (where applicable) will be shown before you complete your purchase.


5. Customs & Import Charges (Great Britain)

Orders shipped to Great Britain may be subject to customs procedures following dispatch.

Any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We recommend checking local customs guidelines before placing your order.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

You can monitor the progress of your shipment using the tracking link provided.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


7. Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Unforeseen circumstances outside our control

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.


8. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided is accurate.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
