30-Day Easy Returns

At HappiHounds, we’re committed to making sure you and your pet are happy with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Be returned in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Here at HappiHounds we do accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, HappiHounds will cover the full return shipping cost.

Please contact us as soon as possible within the 30-day return period and provide photos where applicable.


Change of Mind / Customer Error

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong item, or ordered the wrong size:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@happihounds.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be processed.


5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received:

  • It will be inspected within 3–5 business days

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may be reduced if the item is not returned in its original condition.

If your return does not meet our policy conditions, we will notify you via email.


6. Exchanges

Here at HappiHounds we do accept Exchanges.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


7. Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, certain pet-related items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page before purchase.
